Class Descriptions

Vinyasa-
Vinyasa yoga links the breath and body while building internal heat. This is a class that flows with one breath one movement, creates strength and flexibility while purifying the body and mind.

Slow Flow-

Slow Flow is a slower pace that integrates the whole body in a challenging and restorative series of movements and postures. There is a special emphasis on the breath.

Yoga Mix-
Yoga Mix is a balance of vinyasa and yin yoga. Vinyasa will move energy through muscular tissues of the body while the yin deep stretching allows you to move into the connective tissues of the body leaving you feeling free and relaxed.

Ashtanga Flow-
This flow links breath and body while strengthening your core and toning your full muscular system leaving your body stronger and lighter with greater range of motion.

Pricing:

New packages: 4 classes for $54, 8 classes for $104, minimum 4 students a class

Private class, or price minimum for on site class: $80
